Pim Travels operates as a travel solutions provider and intermediary, offering: - Flight bookings - Visa advisory and processing support - Study abroad advisory - Hotel and accommodation bookings - Tour packages and excursions - Corporate and institutional travel management - Travel insurance facilitation - Group and retreat coordination - Ancillary Services We act as an agent between clients and third-party service providers such as airlines, embassies, hotels, and other travel suppliers. All travel services are ultimately provided by third-party suppliers and by engaging our services, you acknowledge that: (i) Airlines, embassies, hotels, and other providers operate under their own terms and policies. (ii) Pim Travels is not liable for: flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes, Visa approvals or refusals, Hotel overbooking or service failures and any loss, injury, or damage during travel. (iii) Any claims arising from these must be directed to the relevant provider/third party. Also all cancellations are subject to airline, embassy, hotel, or supplier policies as well as administrative and processing fees and Pim Travels service fees are non-refundable once service has commenced. Refund timelines are dependent on third-party providers and may take several weeks. No refunds will be issued for; noshows and errors due to incorrect information provided by the client. Pim Travels provides advisory and support services only for visa application; we do not guarantee visa approval. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete documentation, attending interviews where required and complying with embassy requirements. Any refusal or delay is solely at the discretion of the issuing authority.
2. USE OF OUR SERVICES
The services we provide on this site is valid and useful to you only if you (i) are 18 years and above, (ii) are registered and duly safeguard your account information, (iii) confirm that all information supplied is correct, accurate, true and complete, (iv) are legally authorised to enter into an agreement and use our services.(v)verify all booking details before confirmation or payment (vi)ensure possession of valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) (vii)comply with all local and international travel regulations. We reserve the right to deny any claims or deny access to anyone who has violated these terms at any point. By continuing to make use of our services, you agree that you are solely responsible for any information shared on our site and that failure to comply wiith our terms and conditions may cause us to deny you of our services. If you are creating an account with Pim travels on behalf of an organisation, group, company or other entities, you represent such entities and as such are legally binding to this agreement. In this agreement, you will be referred to as the “representative” while such individuals which are being represented will be referred to as “you” and “your” respectively. Pim Travels will not be liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the client.

We will however not be held responsible for errors on third party websites, hotel prices, ratings and pricing as these are subject to change. We will correct any discrepancies in information provided on our website and third party sites as soon as they are brought to our attention. Client must note that (i)all bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. (ii) a booking is only confirmed upon: full payment with the right reference number (unless otherwise agreed in writing), and issuance of confirmation documents (booking, invoice, or itinerary). (iii)Pim Travels reserves the right to cancel or decline any booking at its discretion prior to confirmation. Pim travels will never send fraudulent emails, spams and offers sent via servers and third party sites in our name. Our site is secured end to end and we will not take responsibility for acts of frauds committed by individuals or groups pretending to be affliated with us. Disclaimer At Pim travels, we strive to provide you with useful, timely and accurate information about our latest offers, exchange rates, hotels pricing, ticket pricing and so on. Such termination or restriction may arise under circumstances including, but not limited to engagement in fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activity; abuse, harassment, or misconduct toward Pim Travels staff, representatives, or partners; misuse of booking channels, platforms, or systems; provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete information or misrepresentation of a company; breach of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable policies; any conduct deemed by Pim Travels, in its sole judgment, to be harmful to its business, reputation, operations, or stakeholders. Upon termination, Pim Travels shall have no obligation to maintain or provide access to any data, booking, or account associated with the user, except as required by applicable law. Pim Travels shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience arising from such suspension or termination of access or services.
5. LIABILITY

Without prejudice to the foregoing, Pim Travels’ total aggregate liability, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall in no circumstance exceed the total service fees paid directly to Pim Travels by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Pim Travels shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions or restrictions, pandemics, epidemics, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, airline operational issues, security concerns, or political instability. Under no circumstances shall Pim Travels be responsible for any decisions made by third-party authorities, including but not limited to visa approvals or refusals, border entry decisions, or regulatory actions affecting travel.
